Chapter 2
Show Floor Spotlights Ceramics Pythons and Geckos
Michael Arnold
I already have my eye on a few specific tables this year. Greg Sample over at WTG Reptiles... he is based right in Atlanta and doing incredible work with ball pythons.
Jay Tacey
What, er, what morphs is he bringing?
Michael Arnold
He applies professional techniques from his time at Kinova, so he has got these stunning Stranger Clown, Desert Ghost, and Wookie morphs. Real high end, healthy animals. And his store holds a perfect five point zero buyer rating on MorphMarket.
Guy Mc Farlane
That kind of transparency in lineage and health standards is crucial. It shows a genuine commitment to ethical herpetoculture, not just high volume production.
Lisa Parker
And on the gecko side, William Bedard is going to be there! He is such a respected Crested Gecko breeder. He works with established bloodlines like Little Red, GoldRush, and Max.
Jay Tacey
You know, what really caught my eye on the vendor roster is Yay Studio. They are a local Georgia artisan making handmade ceramic enrichment pieces...
Michael Arnold
Oh yeah, the planter hides!
Jay Tacey
Exactly. Ceramic hides, feeding dishes, and decorative planter pieces designed specifically for bioactive setups. In modern habitat design, functional art that encourages natural behaviors like burrowing or climbing is priceless. And get this... Yay Studio does not sell online or ship anything. Exclusive show only access.
Guy Mc Farlane
That adds a incredible layer of value for expo visitors. You walk away with a unique piece of enrichment that improves animal welfare while making the enclosure visually striking.
Lisa Parker
So, er, what is everyone's game plan once the floor opens?
Michael Arnold
I am heading straight to WTG to talk python genetics and check out their setups.
Jay Tacey
I will be at Yay Studio examining ceramic textures for habitat integration.
Guy Mc Farlane
And I will be reviewing housing standards and captive breeding ethics across the floor.
Lisa Parker
And I will be keeping all three of you from blocking the main aisles! See you all in Lawrenceville.
